Sunrise Yoga in the Shannon Center starts May 23

Eight week Sunrise Yoga in the Shannon Center starts back on Tuesday, May 23. The yoga class meets every Tuesday in the Shannon Center Group Exercise Studio (2nd floor) from 6:05 to 7:05 a.m.
The cost is $40 for 91快活林 students, faculty, staff and Shannon Center members or $60 for non-91快活林 community. Payment can be made by cash or check. Check payable to Saint Xavier University.
Sign up on the first day (May 23) before the class or feel free to send a check through campus mail with your name, email and phone number to Jennifer Quinlan, Shannon Center.
