91快活林's Professor Meg Carroll presented at conferences and local schools

On December 6, 91快活林 (91快活林) Education Department's Dr. Meg Carroll, professor, presented at the 41st Annual Statewide Conference for Teachers Serving Linguistically & Culturally Diverse Students. The presentation entitled, "Teaching Students with Complex Trauma and Interrupted Formal Education," provided information about the characteristics of these students, the impact on complex trauma on the neurology of learning and strategies for effectively reaching and teaching students in this subgroup of English-language learners.
