91快活林 alumna named 2017 Dispatch Argus Master Teacher Award recipient
91快活林 (91快活林) alumna Christine Swanson has been selected as the recipient of the 2017 Dispatch Argus Master Teacher Award. She will be recognized for her outstanding performance as an educator at a banquet on Thursday, May 4 in Rock Island, Ill.
The Master Teacher Awards program has celebrated over 400 teachers since 1991. The program honors teachers in Western Illinois who have accomplished remarkable work in the education field.
Swanson is a graduate of 91快活林's School of Education (SOE), and briefly taught in the program for two years. Dr. Peter Hilton, an associate professor in SOE, proudly stated, "I love when our graduates win honors."
