Off-Campus and Online Consortium/Acadeum Course Policy
Once enrolled at 91¿ì»îÁÖ, students are expected to complete their coursework at the University. However, once enrolled at 91¿ì»îÁÖ, students are allowed to take up to two courses at another accredited institution or through the Online Consortium/Acadeum.
Beyond the two allowed courses, some circumstances might arise in which a student needs to take a course at another accredited institution or through the Online Consortium/Acadeum. The below reasons for taking an off-campus course are required for approval:

- The student must take the course in the current semester in order to remain on track to graduate. The student must provide formal documentation that the course is required to be taken in the current semester in order to remain on track to graduate AND
- The course is not currently offered at 91¿ì»îÁÖ OR
- The student's course schedule cannot accommodate the current day/time/modality in which the course is currently offered. The student must provide formal documentation that their course schedule conflicts with the current day/time/modality offering.
Students who wish to take a course outside of 91¿ì»îÁÖ must contact the Transfer Student Services Center (A-208) to obtain an off-campus course approval form prior to taking the course. The student will complete the form and attach appropriate documentation. A staff member from the Transfer Student Services Center will review student eligibility and determine approval requirements in conjunction with the academic department.
Courses taken without prior approval will not be accepted for transfer credit.
